Officials from Houston Community College and Tellepsen Builders congregated around the construction site of the new Workforce Training Center at the Stafford Campus to take part in a ceremonial beam signing. 

The facility is set to open in spring 2016. It is one of 14 projects under the $425 million HCC Groundbreaker Bond Program. You can see the progress of all facilities under construction by visiting hccs.edu/bond.
