For employees and employers alike, Registered Apprenticeships provide a model of labor that fosters on-the-job skills and paid experience while still in classes. Students new to the workforce and adults looking to renew their careers are given a head-start in their field, while business partners get a wave of new employees familiar with the workplace and with the skills that would take years of employment to develop otherwise. Across the nation, more companies are signing up for the workforce of the future, and HCC is proud to be working with our partners to bring Registered Apprenticeships to the Gulf Coast Region!
