Project Overview: Houston Community College (“HCC”) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested attorneys and law firms to provide Legal Services on an as needed or case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). HCC will be selecting firms to be part of a pool of qualified attorneys/law firms for the following four (4) categories of work relating to labor and employment law: 1. Employment Practices; 2. Discrimination and Harassment; 3. Personnel Issues 4. Litigation
