RFP-C 21-20 Dry Van Trailers
Houston Community College (“HCC” or the “College”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals for the purchase of Five (5) Preowned “Dry Van Trailers”. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services. The successful proposer (Contractor) shall be required to furnish all resources, transportation, services, labor, material, equipment, and supplies necessary and required to supply and (F.O.B Destination, Prepaid and Allowed) five (5) preowned dry van trailers. The dry van trailers must be similar or equal to the Dry Van Trailer make and model numbers, as described below, in accordance with the general terms and conditions and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.
