RFP-C 20-28 Collegiate Mascot Costumes
Houston Community College (“HCC”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals for Collegiate Mascot Costumes. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services. HCC is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the design and manufacture of collegiate mascot costumes. The College anticipates purchasing up to seven (7) mascot costumes over the initial term of the contract. The supplier is required to provide firm fixed pricing over the initial contract term.
