RFP-C 20-11 Drug Testing & Medical Examination Services
Houston Community College (“HCC or College”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals for Drug Testing & Medical Examination Services, in accordance with the scope of services noted below. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services. This scope of service covers the requirements for a Contractor to provide all material, labor, insurance, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide drug testing & medical examination services in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and physicals and other occupational laboratory testing services, as needed and as herein specified under this Request for Proposal.
