RFP 17-24 Parking Lot & Parking Garage Cleaning Services

The Houston Community College, (“HCC”) or (“College”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Parking Lot & Parking Garage Cleaning as scheduled and on an “As Needed Basis” to be performed in accordance with the scope of services noted below. Qualified respondents are invited to submit a written response outlining their qualifications and experience to provide the services as described in the Scope of Services, and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful proposer will provide the scope of services in accordance with all applicable City, State and Federal laws, regulations and professional standards to include City of Houston permitting code regulations.
