Why did you choose HCC Coleman College?
I had previously attended HCC in the late 1990s. After working in interventional radiology in the Texas Medical Center, and learning about HCC Coleman, it just made sense to pursue my CT certification here.

Why did you choose your program of study?
I’ve been a licensed radiographer for many years. I was looking to advance my career and branch out. Being licensed in multiple modalities can make you very marketable.

What did like best about your college experience?
The instructors, hands down. They provided us with endless resources and were always available.

What did you like best about your program of study?
The best part about the program was its connection to the best clinical sites in the Texas Medical Center. The hands-on experience and training are an integral part of studying CT. Also, the flexible schedule was great. My classes were online.

What advice can you offer to help other students succeed?
I highly recommend forming a regular study schedule. There is a lot of information in a short time. Devoting time to a consistent period of study really helped me stay on track and not struggle.

How did your education change your life?
Coming from interventional radiology, CT expanded my opportunities to work in more locations. This change gave me a much better work/life balance.
