Why did you choose HCC Coleman College
HCC was affordable compared to other programs in the city. I picked it because it was a good value for the education I would receive.

Why did you choose your program of study?
I completed the HCC Dental Assisting program at Coleman and decided to pursue a career as a dental hygienist.

What did you like best about your college experience?
There were good programs in place for students thanks to Student Life. The staff at Coleman made me feel supported and cared for throughout my college career.

What did you like best about your program of study?
I liked EVERYTHING I learned while in school! I found enjoyment and pride in the knowledge I gained!

When you were tired, what motivated you to push forward?
My kids and their belief in me always motivated me. There were many days I didn’t believe in myself, but they carried me all the way.

What advice can you offer to help other students succeed?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Encouragement from classmates and mentors helped me through the hardest times I faced in my program!

How did your education change or improve your life?
Earning my degree has given me the ability to better provide for my family. Going back to school was the best decision I ever made!
