HCC North Forest Campus to host Siemens Industrial Automation and Digitalization Tour

Want to experience how the industry is using big data to change how companies do business, operate efficiently, and transform jobs of the future? Data is changing the world at a rapid pace and HCC students can see firsthand how major companies are solving problems and implementing solutions that impact lives every day.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to see high technology in action in Northeast Houston.  We invite you and your students to check out the Siemens Industrial Automation and Digitalization Tour that will be at the HCC North Forest Campus, 6010 E. Little York Road at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18.  President Monique Umphrey will officially open the exhibition with welcome remarks.

HCC students can tour a mobile trailer that provides demonstrations, speak with experts, and learn how Siemens is using big data and high technology to change the water business. The exhibit will be open from 10 am - 2 pm.

The tour is FREE and OPEN to students, educators, industry representatives, the community, or anyone interested in seeing firsthand high technology in action.  We would like to offer a special invitation to HCC students and faculty in areas of engineering technologies, drafting and design, oil and gas, energy, computer science, data analysis, manufacturing, healthcare, or any STEM-related career field.
