HCC participates in 2016 Tour de Northside community bike ride

Houston Community College representatives were on hand on Saturday, Sept. 17 at the 4th annual Tour de Northside, a 15-mile bike ride and post ride celebration that concludes at the Leonel Castillo Community Center.
