If you’re interested in astronomy, then you should head to Houston Community College for an out of this world experience.

HCC’s STAR Parties are back at the West Loop and Stafford campuses this fall. These bi-weekly events are hosted by the HCC STAR Squad and allow students, faculty, staff and the community to come to campus and view the cosmos through the science department’s high-powered telescopes. The STAR Squad, comprised of HCC students and science department staff, set up the telescopes and help answer any questions a star gazer might conjure up. They’ll even help you take photos of the celestial bodies with your phone.
