The Katy Rotary fund presented HCC with a $30,000 check for to provide scholarships and financial aid for Katy Students attending HCC to pay for tuition books and fees.

The Northeast Campus Learning Hub hosted the Gospel Master Class Workshop and Concert, which highlighted the history and progression of Gospel music. The workshop and concert served a precursor to National Gospel Music Month in September.
