HCC Culinary Arts students take behind-the-scenes tour of Toyota Center

A pair of Houston Community College Culinary Arts students were recently given the unique opportunity of shadowing the Toyota Center's director of operations, Anthony Lopez, before a Houston Rockets game.

The students got an extensive tour of the entire operation and learned that there is much more to stadium food than just beer and hot dogs.
