HCC celebrates first groundbreaking under bond program

Wearing hard hats and holding shovels, Houston Community College officials broke ground on the very first construction project under the $425 million Groundbreaker Bond Program.

The ceremony at the Northeast College/Northline Campus on Tuesday, December 2 paves the way for a new instructional facility and three-story parking garage.

HCC officials will break ground for a new multi-use parking garage at the West Loop Campus at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 3.
