Eagles Soar: HCC Alumni Spotlight

From Associate Degree to Doctorate! Khara Breeden's career journey is seriously impressive. Starting at HCC, she fueled her passion for nursing, then went on to earn a bachelor's degree in nursing, a master’s degree in Patient Safety and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice!  She used this knowledge to create Texas Forensic Nurse Examiners and became a true champion for survivors. Here, she talks about using education to make a real impact, saying, “HCC was instrumental in my path because it gave me a chance.”
