The CIC Staff will assist faculties to:

1. Identify and close the knowledge gaps.
   
   
2. Simplify the process of administration and implementation.
   
   
3. Provide access to the training content on-line and off-line, formal and informal.
   
   
4. Interact with staff as a team. Faculties will receive on-going training to help faculties improve and develop e-learning solutions.
