HCC Cosmetology Department to provide free haircuts and manicures to Houston-area veterans on Sept. 21

Officials at the Houston Community College Consumer Arts and Sciences Center of Excellence know that, to feel good you need to look good. Based on that premise, HCC Cosmetology professors and senior students will offer complimentary haircuts and manicures on Sept. 21 to the brave men and women who have risked their lives to protect our freedom.
